Shipping
All orders are shipped from Sydney Australia.
Please read shipping options carefully, as apparel items weigh more shipping is priced according! However if you buy other items with shirts, please tick the 'free shipping with shirt oders!' option to combine shipping price.

Orders are dispatched within 3-12 business days upon purchase. Sans PRE-ORDER items. Delays because of holidays or conventions will be announced on the website bar
Shipping to the US is available only with postcards and stickers via untracked lettermail as of now.
Unfortunately with the suspension of the de minimis exemption law, US shipping with items such as pins, keychains and apparel is unavailable.
Shipping to countries that are a part of the EU is also unavailable due to GPSR laws.
Depending on when the Canada Post strike ends, preorders may be shipped at a later date. If you would prefer a refund please contact me!
Tracked shipping
Domestic (Australia): 3-6 business days
International: 6-30 business days depending on country
Untracked shipping will take longer.
In case there are delays please contact your local post office first, if the parcel has already been shipped.
Customs and Import Fees
Note Customers are responsible for any VAT, customs duties or import taxes required by their country.
Depending on the country you may be required to pay fees prior to receiving your parcel from customs. I highly recommend checking with your local post office if you are unsure.
Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are offered only when the items arrive damaged or have major faults.
Small printing discrepancies such as minor marks, or colour changes are not considered major faults.
Items that are shipped untracked will not qualify for refunds if they are lost during delivery, please understand and upgrade to tracked shipping for peace of mind if this will be a concern.
Order Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted as long as your order has not been shipped out yet. Please email as soon as possible!
Once it has been shipped, I am no longer responsible for the package.
